The gated community is thoughtfully situated on an expansive 11-acre site, which allows for ample space to develop a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere. It consists of 22 meticulously designed buildings, each crafted to complement the natural landscape and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the community. The layout is intentional, with an emphasis on creating a sense of place that encourages interaction among residents. Placemaking is defined through the strategic arrangement of native trees, thoughtfully designed road markings, and intuitive wayfinding signage, all of which work together to create defining avenues and serene quiet pockets that invite residents to explore and enjoy their surroundings.

At the heart of the community lies the A Club wellness center, a cornerstone of Wellbrook that breathes life into its surrounding spaces.
